Art. 63 Grundsätze
1) Das Amt für Justiz trägt in das Hauptbuch nur ein, was in der Anmeldung beantragt wird. 2) Die Eintragungen werden in den dafür vorgesehenen Abteilungen des Hauptbuchs vorgenommen. 3) Der Eintrag im Hauptbuch erhält das Datum des Eintrags im Tagebuch. 4) Bemerkungen zu den Einträgen können in alle Abteilungen eingetragen werden und sind Teil des Eintrags.
