Art. 67 Bescheinigung der Eintragung
Auf Verlangen der Parteien bescheinigt das Amt für Justiz die Eintragung auf den für die Parteien bestimmten Urkunden; es kann dies auch tun, indem es über den neuen Zustand einen vollständigen oder teilweisen Auszug aus dem Hauptbuch abgibt.
