§ 7. Rahvastikuregistri dokumendihaldus
Käesolevas seaduses, perekonnaseisutoimingute seaduses ja nimeseaduses ettenähtud haldusmenetluse käigus saadud või loodud dokumenti, mis on registreeritud rahvastikuregistris, ei pea haldusorgan registreerima asutuse dokumendiregistris.
