1 Der Werth der Rechte, die aus der Concession zu Gunsten des Eigenthümers der Oberfläche, im Sinne des Artikels 26 hervorgehen, wird von dem Werthe der gesagten Oberfläche nicht trennbar und soll mit diesem für die von den Gläubigern des Eigenthümers genommenen Hypotheken haften.
