§ 1 Formulare
Im Bereich der Beratungshilfe sind zu verwenden: 1. vom Rechtsuchenden für den Antrag auf Gewährung von Beratungshilfe das in Anlage 1 bestimmte Formular mit Hinweisblatt, falls der Rechtsuchende eine natürliche Person ist und den Antrag nicht vor der Geschäftsstelle zu Protokoll erklärt, 2. von der Beratungsperson für ihren Antrag auf Zahlung einer Vergütung das in Anlage 2 bestimmte Formular.
