§ 2 Vereinfachter Antrag
Ein Rechtsuchender, der nach dem Zwölften Buch Sozialgesetzbuch laufende Leistungen zum Lebensunterhalt bezieht, muss die Abschnitte C bis G des Formulars nach § 1 Nummer 1 vorbehaltlich einer anderweitigen Anordnung des Amtsgerichts nicht ausfüllen, wenn er der Erklärung den zum Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung gültigen Bewilligungsbescheid des Sozialamts beifügt.
