§ 25 Vorrang der Regelungen des Abschnitts 3
Soweit dieser Abschnitt für bestimmte Anlagen besondere Anforderungen an die Rückhaltung wassergefährdender Stoffe vorsieht oder nach diesem Abschnitt unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen eine Rückhaltung nicht erforderlich ist, gehen diese Regelungen den jeweiligen Anforderungen nach § 18 Absatz 1 bis 3 vor.
