§ 67 Änderung der Einstufung wassergefährdender Stoffe
Führt die Änderung der Einstufung eines wassergefährdenden Stoffes zur Erhöhung der Gefährdungsstufe einer Anlage, sind die hieraus folgenden weiter gehenden Anforderungen an die Anlage erst zu erfüllen, wenn die zuständige Behörde dies anordnet. Satz 1 gilt auch für Anlagen, die am 1. August 2017 bereits errichtet sind (bestehende Anlagen).
