Champ d’application 1 La Municipalité peut organiser une consultation sur des projets d'actes importants soumis au Conseil communal et au référendum communal. 2 Ces projets peuvent notamment concerner des règlements, des plans d'aménagements du territoire, des crédits d'investissements et des structures ou des programmes communaux. 3 Seuls sont soumis à consultation les projets importants, à savoir ceux ayant une grande portée politique, financière, économique sociale, culturelle, écologique ou des répercussions sur un large public.
