§ 109 Betriebs- und Haushaltshilfe sowie sonstige Leistungen zur Aufrechterhaltung des Unternehmens der Landwirtschaft
Für die Erbringung von Betriebs- oder Haushaltshilfe zur Aufrechterhaltung des Unternehmens der Landwirtschaft sind bis zum Ende der Leistungen die Vorschriften weiter anzuwenden, die im Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung oder, wenn den Leistungen ein Antrag nicht vorausging, der Inanspruchnahme galten.
