§ 28 Einkommensanrechnung auf Renten wegen Todes
Trifft eine Rente wegen Todes mit Einkommen (§§ 18a bis 18e des Vierten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch) des Berechtigten zusammen, gilt § 97 des Sechsten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch entsprechend mit der Maßgabe, daß an die Stelle des 26,4fachen des aktuellen Rentenwerts der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung das 39,6fache des aktuellen Rentenwerts der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung tritt.
