Die §§ 99, 100 Absatz 1, 3 und 4 sowie § 102 des Sechsten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch gelten für Beginn, Änderung und Ende von Renten entsprechend. § 101 Abs. 3 bis 3b sowie § 268a des Sechsten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch gelten entsprechend, wenn eine interne Teilung im Rahmen des Versorgungsausgleichs stattgefunden hat.
