§ 46 Verordnungsermächtigung
Das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales wird ermächtigt, im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium der Finanzen und dem Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft das Nähere zu dem Inhalt der von der Deutschen Post AG wahrzunehmenden Aufgaben, der Höhe und Fälligkeit der Vorschüsse und Vergütungen entsprechend § 120 des Sechsten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch zu bestimmen, sofern die landwirtschaftliche Alterskasse von der Möglichkeit nach § 45 Absatz 2 Satz 1 Gebrauch macht.
