Art. 4
1 Der Beschäftigungsgrad früherer Anstellungen wird bei der Anrechnung als nutzbare Erfahrung wie folgt berücksichtigt: a. Beschäftigungsgrad bis und mit 10 Prozent: Anrechnung zu 10 Prozent; b. Beschäftigungsgrad mehr als 10 Prozent bis und mit 30 Prozent: Anrechnung zu 30 Prozent; c. Beschäftigungsgrad mehr als 30 Prozent bis und mit 60 Prozent: Anrechnung zu 60 Prozent; d. Beschäftigungsgrad mehr als 60 Prozent: Anrechnung zu 100 Prozent. 2 Frühere Anstellungen bei der Stadt werden ungeachtet eines allfälligen Teilpensums mit einem Beschäftigungsgrad von 100 Prozent angerechnet.
