Ühistatud vara maksumuse määramise aluseks on lehma arvestuslik hind, mille kinnitab esmatasandi kohaliku omavalitsuse volikogu ühismajandi põllumajandusreformi komisjoni ettepanekul. Lehma arvestusliku hinna alammäär on 31,96 eurot.
