§ 7.
Ühistatud vara kompenseeritakse natuuras põllumajandusreformi õigustatud subjektidele, kes on asunud või asuvad talu pidama, hiljemalt 1993. aasta 15. maiks, kui õigustatud subjekt ja ühismajandi põllumajandusreformi komisjon ei lepi kokku teisiti.
