Art. 1 Gegenstand
Diese Verordnung regelt: a. das Anbieten, die Bereitstellung auf dem Markt, die Inbetriebnahme, das Erstellen und das Betreiben von Fernmeldeanlagen nach Artikel 3 Buchstabe d FMG; b. die Anerkennung von Prüf- und Konformitätsbewertungsstellen; c. die Kontrolle der Fernmeldeanlagen.
