Art. 20 Einschränkungen
Können mit einer Funkempfangsanlage sowohl öffentliche als auch nicht öffentliche Funksendungen im Sinne von Artikel 179bis des Strafgesetzbuches abgehört werden, darf beim Anbieten und in den mitgelieferten Informationen nur das Abhören der öffentlichen Funksendungen erwähnt werden. SR 311.0
