Art. 27a Vorführung, Test und Reparatur
Wer eine Funkanlage, die dazu bestimmt ist, zur Wahrung der öffentlichen Sicherheit von Behörden betrieben zu werden, zu Vorführungs-, Test- und Reparaturzwecken erstellen und betreiben will, benötigt eine Bewilligung des BAKOM nach Artikel 59a VNF.
