Art. 31 Vorführung
1 Wer eine leitungsgebundene Fernmeldeendeinrichtung, die den Voraussetzungen für ihre Bereitstellung auf dem Markt nicht entspricht, zu Vorführungszwecken durch Anschluss an ein Netz einer Fernmeldedienstanbieterin in Betrieb nehmen und betreiben will, muss die Einwilligung dieser Anbieterin erlangen. 2 Die Artikel 22 NEV und 22 VEMV sind vorbehalten.
