§ 7¹. Rahvusringhäälingu finantsplaan
(1) Rahvusringhääling koostab igal aastal finantsplaani, mis on aluseks Rahvusringhäälingu eelarve koostamisel. (2) Finantsplaan koostatakse ja esitatakse riigieelarve seaduse §-s 12 sätestatud nõuete kohaselt.
