Art. 4 Teile und Komponenten
Jeder Vertragsstaat schafft und unterhält ein nationales Kontrollsystem zur Regelung der Ausfuhr von Teilen und Komponenten, sofern die Ausfuhr in einer Art und Weise erfolgt, die den Zusammenbau der konventionellen Waffen im Sinne des Artikels 2 Absatz 1 ermöglicht, und wendet die Artikel 6 und 7 vor Genehmigung der Ausfuhr dieser Teile und Komponenten an.
