Die Arbeitnehmer sind durch geeignete und durchführbare Massnahmen gegen belästigende, gesundheitsschädliche oder giftige oder aus irgendeinem Grund gefährliche Stoffe und Verfahren zu schützen. Sofern die Art der Arbeit es erfordert, hat die zuständige Stelle die Verwendung persönlicher Schutzausrüstungen vorzuschreiben.
