Erstmaliger Leistungsauftrag 1 Der ZBSA wird erstmals ab 1. Januar 2006 ein Leistungsauftrag mit Globalkredit erteilt. 2 Der Konkordatsrat erlässt die erforderlichen Weisungen für die Vorbereitung des Leistungsauftrags und für die Übertragung der laufenden Geschäftsfälle von den Konkordatskantonen auf die Anstalt. 8 Nr. 200a
