Inkrafttreten 1 Das Konkordat tritt in Kraft, wenn alle sechs Konkordatskantone ihre Zustimmung erteilt und ihren Beitritt gegenüber der Staatskanzlei des Standortkantons erklärt haben.4 2 Der Standortkanton lädt den Konkordatsrat zur konstituierenden Sitzung ein. Dieser legt den Zeitpunkt der Betriebsaufnahme fest und macht dem Bund Mitteilung davon.
