Minderverzinsung der Altersguthaben 1 Werden Sanierungsbeiträge (Art. 14) erhoben, muss eine Minderverzinsung der Altersguthaben erfolgen. Eine Minderverzinsung bedeutet, dass der Zinssatz kleiner ist als der BVG-Mindestzinssatz. 2 Der Zinssenkungssatz (Reduktion unter den BVG-Mindestzinssatz) beträgt mindestens 0.25 Prozentpunkt und maximal 1 Prozentpunkt. 3 Der Zinssenkungssatz darf nicht höher sein als der BVG-Mindestzinssatz.
