Auf Grund des § 84 Abs. 1 des Berufsbildungsgesetzes vom 14. August 1969 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 1112) in der Fassung des Änderungsgesetzes vom 12. März 1971 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 185) bestimme ich die Hauptstelle der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit zur zuständigen Stelle für alle zum Geschäftsbereich der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit gehörenden Dienststellen.
