Art. 4 Gebührenbemessung
1) Das Amt für Umweltschutz setzt die Gebühren fest: a) nach den festen Gebührenansätzen nach dem Anhang; b) nach Aufwand mit einer Mindestgebühr nach dem Anhang; c) in den übrigen Fällen nach Aufwand. 2) Für die Berechnung des Aufwands beträgt der Stundenansatz 120 Franken.
