Art. 5 Gebührenzuschlag
1) Für Amtshandlungen von aussergewöhnlichem Umfang, besonderer Schwierigkeit oder Dringlichkeit kann ein Zuschlag von höchstens 50 % der ordentlichen Gebühr erhoben werden. 2) Gebührenzuschläge sind zu begründen und gesondert auszuweisen.
