§ 12. Ühe süüteo eest mitme distsiplinaarkaristuse määramise keeld
(1) Ühe süüteo eest võib määrata ainult ühe distsiplinaarkaristuse. (2) Süüteo jätkumine pärast distsiplinaarkaristuse määramist on uus süütegu ja selle eest võib notarile määrata distsiplinaarkaristuse.
