9 Beschaffung Bei Beschaffungen ist die Konkurrenzsituation unter den Anbietenden zur Erzielung eines vorteilhaften Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses zu nutzen. Bei einer Vergabesumme ab Fr. 50’000.– sind in der Regel Offerten von mindestens drei Anbietenden einzuholen. 7–8 Fassung gemäss Änderung vom 24. März 2021, in Kraft seit 1.
