§ 7b Anspruch auf Durchführung der Eignungsprüfung bei der Adoption eines Kindes aus dem Ausland
(1) Auf Antrag der Adoptionsbewerber erfolgt eine Eignungsprüfung der Adoptionsbewerber zur Adoption eines Kindes mit gewöhnlichem Aufenthalt im Ausland durch eine örtliche Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle nach § 9b. Zur Eignungsprüfung sind auch die Adoptionsvermittlungsstellen nach § 2 Absatz 3 berechtigt. (2) Die Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle (§ 9b, § 2 Absatz 3) verfasst über das Ergebnis ihrer Eignungsprüfung einen Bericht, den sie einer von den Adoptionsbewerbern benannten Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle (§ 2a Absatz 4) zuleitet. § 7 Absatz 3 Satz 2 und 3 ist anzuwenden. (3) Erfolgt die Eignungsprüfung durch eine Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle nach § 2 Absatz 3, so darf diese Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle nicht zugleich die von den Adoptionsbewerbern benannte Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle nach § 2a Absatz 4 Nummer 2 sein.
