Art. 58 Fornitura a rivenditori
In generale 1 L'azienda, tramite il gestore, può fornire acqua all'ingrosso a rivenditori. 2 Le condizioni di base della fornitura sono stabilite dal presente Regolamento. 3 Le condizioni specifiche sono contenute in appositi contratti, rispettosi del presente Regolamento. 4 Per i rivenditori responsabili di reti private fuori zona edificabile si applicano le condizioni per la vendita al dettaglio.
