Contenuto dei contratti di fornitura 1 I contratti specifici, sottoscritti dal gestore e dal rivenditore, devono indicare in particolare: a. l'inizio e la durata della fornitura; b. la potabilità dell'acqua erogata; c. il potenziale massimo di fornitura; d. la presenza di collegamenti di emergenza; e. la presenza di ulteriori rivenditori. 2 Qualsiasi modifica delle condizioni contrattuali necessita della forma scritta.
