§ 6 Pflichten sonstiger Personen
Zur Gewährleistung von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz der Beschäftigten haben auch die auf einer Baustelle tätigen Unternehmer ohne Beschäftigte die bei den Arbeiten anzuwendenden Arbeitsschutzvorschriften einzuhalten. Sie haben die Hinweise des Koordinators sowie den Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzplan zu berücksichtigen. Die Sätze 1 und 2 gelten auch für Arbeitgeber, die selbst auf der Baustelle tätig sind.
