1 Werden nachfolgend Kompetenzen an Gemeinderatsmitglieder oder den Gemeindeschreiber bzw. die Abteilungsleiter abgetreten, haben diese das Recht, im Einzelfall ein Geschäft freiwillig dem Gemeinderat zur Beschlussfassung vorzulegen.
