Anordnung 1 Wird die Durchführung eines Unternehmens von Amtes wegen angeordnet, so gründen die betroffenen Grundeigentümerinnen und Grundeigentümer in der Regel eine Boden- oder Waldverbesserungsgenossenschaft. 2 Die Vorschriften über die Durchführung des Unternehmens sind sinngemäss anwendbar.
