Kostenbefreiung 1 Für die Tätigkeiten der zuständigen Stelle und der anderen mit der Leitung eines Unternehmens betrauten Verwaltungsorgane werden keine Gebühren erhoben. 2 Die Bereinigung der Grundpfandrechte nach Abschluss des Unternehmens durch das zuständige Grundbuchamt erfolgt gebührenfrei.
