Art. 29
Austritt 1 Eine Verbandsgemeinde kann unter Einhaltung einer Kündigungsfrist von zwei Jahren aus dem Verband austreten. 2 Die austretende Verbandsgemeinde hat keinen Anspruch auf einen Anteil am Verbandsvermögen. Sie haftet für rechtskräftig eingegangene Verpflichtungen des Verbandes, die während ihrer Mitgliedschaft entstanden sind.
