Assegnazione posti liberi 1 I posti rimasti liberi ritornano a piena disposizione del Comune. 2 Il Comune può disporre dei monumenti funebri e degli accessori, riservate le disposizioni della LBC. 3 Nel caso di riassegnazione di una cappella di famiglia presso il cimitero di Lugano, il Comune procede per pubblico concorso, indicando come piede d'asta l'importo minimo stabilito in via di Ordinanza.
