Art. 65 Obligatorisches Referendum
1 Verfassungsrevisionen sind den Stimmberechtigten obligatorisch zur Abstimmung zu unterbreiten. 2 Resolutionen des Grossen Rates über die Amtsenthebung eines Staatsratsmitglieds wegen Vertrauensverlusts sind den Stimmberechtigten ebenfalls obligatorisch zur Abstimmung zu unterbreiten. Angenommen in der Volksabstimmung vom 28. Nov. 2021, in Kraft seit 1. Juni 2023. Gewährleistungsbeschluss vom 6. März 2023 (BBl 2023 724 Art. 6 Abs. 1; 2022 2963).
