Art. 17 Strafbestimmungen
1 Widerhandlungen gegen Vorschriften der Fischereiabkommen und ihrer Ausführungsbestimmungen sowie gegen Vorschriften des Departements und der Kantone nach Artikel 14 Absätze 3–5 werden nach den Artikeln 16–19 des Gesetzes geahndet. 2 Die Strafverfolgung ist Sache der Kantone.
