§ 14 Zuständige Bundesbehörde
(1) Dieses Gesetz wird, soweit es nichts anderes bestimmt, in bundeseigener Verwaltung ausgeführt. Die Durchführung wird dem Bundesamt für den Zivildienst als selbstständiger Bundesoberbehörde übertragen, welche die Bezeichnung „Bundesamt für Familie und zivilgesellschaftliche Aufgaben“ (Bundesamt) erhält und dem Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend untersteht. (2) Dem Bundesamt können weitere Aufgaben übertragen werden.
