Sanzioni 1 Le infrazioni alla presente Ordinanza sono punite con una multa da CHF 50.-- a CHF 10'000.-- ai sensi degli artt. 145 e segg. LOC. 2 Gli ordini emanati dal Municipio o da altri servizi comunali possono essere accompagnati dalla comminatoria di cui all'art. 292 CPS. 3 riservata la competenza in materia contravvenzionale conferita ad altre autorità dalla legislazione federale e cantonale.
