Art. 10 Umsatzanteil
1) Der Umsatzanteil beträgt bei Inspektionsstellen und Zertifizierungsstellen bei einem Umsatz: a) bis zu 500 000 Franken: 1% des Umsatzes; b) von mehr als 500 000 Franken: 0.5% des Mehrumsatzes. 2) Der Umsatzanteil beträgt höchstens 25 000 Franken. 3) Die Berechnungsgrundlage des Umsatzanteiles ist der Vorjahresumsatz. Ist dieser während nur eines Teiles des Jahres erzielt worden, wird er auf das ganze Jahr hochgerechnet.
