Art. 36 Anrechenbare Grundstückfläche
1 Die anrechenbare Grundstückfläche (aGF) ist die von der Baueingabe erfasste, baulich noch nicht ausgenützte Grundstücksfläche innerhalb der Bauzone. Nicht angerechnet werden: a) die für die Erschliessung notwendige Fahrbahn-, Zufahrts- und Trottoirfläche; b) projektierte Verkehrsanlagen, für deren Festsetzung das gesetzlich vorgesehene Verfahren eingeleitet oder durchgeführt ist; c) Landwirtschafts- und Schutzzonen; d) Wald und Gewässer.
