Voraussetzungen für Verlängerungen von Leistungsvereinbarungen 1 Die Verlängerung einer Leistungsvereinbarung setzt voraus, dass a. die Voraussetzungen einer Aufgabenauslagerung gemäss Art. 5 noch erfüllt sind und b. die externe Leistungserbringerin oder der externe Leistungserbringer die Eignungskriterien gemäss Art. 6 noch erfüllt. 2 Die Höhe der Abgeltung ist gemäss dem aktuellen öffentlichen Interesse und gemäss den aktuellen Marktbedingungen festzulegen. 3 Die Ergebnisse der Berichterstattung sind angemessen zu berücksichtigen. 3 Vgl. § 31 FHGG.
