Leistungsvereinbarungen 1 Bei der Auslagerung einer Aufgabe ist eine Leistungsvereinbarung gemäss Gesetz über den Finanzhaushalt der Gemeinden vom 20. Juni 2016 (FHGG, SRL Nr. 160) abzuschliessen. 2 Die Leistungsvereinbarung enthält neben den Mindestvorgaben des FHGG 2 einen Anpassungsvorbehalt gemäss Art. 9 Abs. 2. 3 Leistungsvereinbarungen sind in der Regel auf höchstens vier Jahre zu befristen.
