§ 4. Aruandeperiood ja aruannete esitamise tähtajad
(1) Paragrahvi 3 punktides 1–2 nimetatud aruannete aruandeperiood on kuu. Paragrahvi 3 punktides 3, 4 ja 8 nimetatud aruannete aruandeperiood on kvartal. Paragrahvi 3 punktides 5–7 nimetatud aruannete aruandeperiood on poolaasta. (2) Paragrahvi 3 punktides 1–4 ja 8 nimetatud aruanded esitatakse seitsmendaks pangapäevaks pärast aruandeperioodi lõppu. Paragrahvi 3 punktides 5–7 nimetatud aruanded esitatakse 3 kuu jooksul pärast aruandeperioodi lõppu.
