Ist das europäische Patent nach Art. 101 Abs. 3 Bst. a in geänderter Fassung aufrechterhalten worden, so veröffentlicht das Europäische Patentamt eine neue europäische Patentschrift so bald wie möglich nach Bekanntmachung des Hinweises auf die Entscheidung über den Einspruch im Europäischen Patentblatt.
